Scripture
We believe the Bible was written by men who were inspired by the Spirit of God. It is God’s revelation to us and is completely true and can be trusted in all matters, spiritual and physical, temporal and eternal.
God
We believe in one true God who eternally exists in three distinct persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things and is sovereign over all things. He is infinitely Holy and Perfect and He alone is worthy of giving glory and honor.
Mankind
We believe humanity was created in the image of God to have relationship with God. The first couple, Adam and Eve, rebelled against God and were alienated from fellowship with Him. Since then, all humanity has been born with a sinful and rebellious nature. We are incapable of building a right relationship with God by our own effort or goodness. Only the grace of God and death and resurrection of His son Jesus Christ can restore us to that right relationship and fellowship with God.
Salvation
We believe Jesus Christ came to earth and was both fully God and fully man. He lived a perfect life and was condemned to die for all mankind. By doing so He became our substitute and took on the full penalty of sin and sacrificed Himself on our behalf. On the cross He paid our debt and, by His resurrection, reconciled to God all those who believe.
The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ. The members are those who have put their trust in Christ and His work on their behalf. The Church exists to glorify God and point others toward Him. With love and grace we live our lives to show others they too can Trust Jesus.
